What’s a “creator” vs. a “subscriber”?

A creator is someone who builds and publishes, uploads research, writes newsletters, curates, runs the Answers Engine. A subscriber is anyone who receives what you publish. Creators are seats you buy. Subscribers are your audience, and sending to them is always unlimited. You’re paying for the people doing the work, not the people reading it.

Do you charge per email send?

No. Sends are unlimited on every plan. Mail your audience as often as you want. Subscriber count is the only reach number that scales with your plan.

What’s the Answers Engine and how do credits work?

It’s our AI layer: ask a question, get a cited answer pulled from across your library. Each plan includes a monthly credit allotment (100 on Standard, 1,000 on Team, custom on Enterprise). A credit is one query. Credits reset monthly.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, up or down, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle. No penalty either way.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 15 days on Team, our full-featured plan, so you can try everything: 5 creators, 50K subscribers, the Answers Engine, advanced analytics. When the trial ends you move to Standard. Upgrade back to Team anytime.

Monthly or annual: what’s the difference?
